Five Mystical Songs
in concert March 3, 2015, 8 pm
Setnor Auditorium, Setnor School of Music


Mr. Budiardjono will perform as the baritone soloist in Ralph Vaughan-Williams' Five Mystical Songs with The Syracuse University Symphony Orchestra and all six Setnor choirs.  Dr. John Warren will conduct the orchestra and choirs in a program which will also include the Bach Magnificat and Four Sea interludes from Peter Grimes. 









Everson Recital Series

Syracuse Opera Presents: Il Barbiere di Siviglia

With the help of a wily barber, a strong-willed young woman outwits a lecherous old man in this eternally fresh comic

masterpiece. From the first notes of one of the world’s most famous overtures, all the way to the final curtain, you are sure to recognize many hit tunes. Please join us for what promises to be the ultimate evening of laughter and smiles.

SU Opera Theater Presents: Il Profumo Dell'amore
as Giacomo Nemori, May 3, 2015 8:00pm


Mr. Budiardjono premiers in Italian composer Marco Giusto's Operetta in this unofficial sequel to Donizetti's L'elisir d'Amore.  The passionate Giacomo Nemori confesses his love to the playful Adina, but Angelo Belcore, the rich and arrogant son of Sergeant Belcore, woos her with his charm, class standing, and money.  Will Adina end up choosing Giacomo? Will the perfume that the mysterious panderer Beatrice gives to Giacomo work on Adina? With a libretto by Francesco Snoriguzzi, this operetta is sure to tug on the audience's heartstrings through beautifully written text and expertly composed music.
